We have a one bedroom apt at Murry Station (just across California St. from Hathaway). However, it's a place ment to share a room- as the room is plenty big for two people to have tons of stuff.
If you want to rent out the apt yourself its only $800. But if you get a friend to share the room with (like i said, its got tons of space enough for two) then its ONLY $500 (per person). Considering its pretty spacious, clean, has a walk-in closet, kitchen, bathroom, living room, AND IS FURNISHED (desk, two beds, table, chairs, stools, sofa, loveseat) this is a great offer.
It is about a 12 min walk to campus. Not super noisy (like mustang village) or nasty (like half of the apts around here). Utilities paid for. Available as soon as school ends through the end of August. There is a laundry room and parking available (for no extra cost) for two. And there IS a pool!
