My room mate is a nice, clean, easygoing and respectful senior at calpoly. She might not be in SLO for the summer as well, so you might have the whole apartment for the summer.
The room is in the second floor along with the other room and a full bathroom. In the first floor, is the kitchen, living room and bathroom.
There is a laundry room in the promises, parking lot. The rent is $500/month (or best offer)from June to September plus utilities included.
