My plans have changed and I am moving earlier than expected. I will be gone the end of May and need someone to take over my rent for June and July. My lease is up in August.
The apt is near the Staples off on Broad. It's really quiet and the neighbors are friendly. It's one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. There's one parking space assigned but plenty of street parking and a laundry facility just steps outside the door. Trash is paid for by the landlord so you would only pay for the other utilities.
I would like someone who doesn't smoke, no pets, and is extremely responsible. If interested, please email me your situation and brief info on your background.
