I am subleasing my bedroom in Pine Creek for the summer, dates are flexible. The room is fully furnished (full-size bed, desk, book case, futon, bed-side table, and TV &DVD player). The full-sized bed is lofted, which makes the room very spacious. The room is very clean, and has 2 closets... with large storage space! The bedroom is the only one on the third floor which provides very nice privacy. It is the perfect location, 4 blocks from cal poly campus, and 5-10 minute drive to Cuesta College. You will be living with three other upbeat girls who will be Cal Poly seniors next year. The condo is also fully furnished (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer& dryer, TV, BBQ) and has two full bathrooms. The entire condo is very spacious and clean!
