I am looking for someone to sublease a room in a 3 bdrm house. The room has a private bathroom. One roommate will be there all summer and the other room will be rented for July only. I am looking for a female student with no pets to rent my room for July and August. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. The deposit is $300. Parking is free.
