I am looking for someone to sublet the master bedroom of a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment for the summer. The room is available fully furnished (double bed, dresser, desk, bookshelf) or unfurnished depending on your preference.
The apartment is very close to Cal Poly (about a 3 minute bikeride or 15 min walk).
The rent is $500/month and includes all utilities (cable tv, internet, water, trash) except for electricity.
The room is available from June 9 until August 31.
