This is a 4 bdroom house, we have a room available for summer only. Starts June 1st and Lease Ends end of September. Nice neighborhood, house is peacefull, quiet, and the room is 13' x 12' will share bathroom with two other guys. There is going to be two current rommates staying for summer, on for summer school, and the other works full time and is the general manager at the palm theatre (Get good deals on movies!!!) They both are really down to earth and respectful. The house is great, bar in living room, Utilities are included in rent, washer & dryer on location, dishwasher..etc.... if your interested to live with two great guys for the summer, the room is yours.
