This is a room in a great house available from June 20-Sept 1 (dates flexible). It's biking distance from campus and walking distance to downtown so you'll never have to drive. Private entrance from backyard, great backyard for bbqs, washer and dryer in room, indoor spa, cool house mates. Looking for someone who is pretty mellow. Rent does not include utilities.
