This is a sublease from the first of june to the end of the lease in august. The room is fully furnished and the window faces the main walkway and gets a lot of light. there is a 400 dollar deposit on the room. as for rent it i pay 775 a month but am willing to give it up for around 500, and i will provide cable and wifi internet. the only utility you pay for in electric. there are currently 2 guys living in the townhouse, but are leaving over summer, so you will mostly have the place to yourself. mustang is a 5 min walk from cal poly, less than a 10 min drive from cuesta, and has a heated pool, gyms, and laundry rooms.
