I am a current student at Cuesta and am looking for someone to sublease my bedroom for the summer, June-August. Currently myself and one other female are living in the townhouse and both plan to move out by June 1st. It is a two bedroom, two story, one and a half bath furnished townhouse and is an end unit! It's walking distance from Cal Poly and a 10 minute drive or less to Cuesta. This is a very clean, upgraded and well-kept townhouse with new appliances. My bedroom will have a desk, dresser and there is currently a twin bed in it but can be removed upon request. Pool and laundry facilities are very close to townhome!
