Huge unfurnished master bedroom available for lease for 1 student begining middle of June 2008 through August 2008, although dates can be negotiable. Has its own sink and mirror station, just shares toilet and shower with one other girl. Large walk-in closet, on the second story of the house with 2 nice windows, gets a great breeze! 2 car garage, washer and dryer, comes with all kitchen appliances and all the stuff the other girls are keeping in the house (TV downstairs, couch, etc.) Right off of Los Osos Valley Road, very short walking distance to bus stop and quick drive to campus. You would be responsible for 1/3 of all utilties (will be split evenly with the 2 other girls.) The 2 other girls are great, really chill, fun, easygoing, and can be nice and quiet when everyone needs study time, you'll love them! They are both seniors.
