Looking for a female student to take over my lease for summer. 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom 1 bath fully furnished apartment. One other room is also available in the same apartment if you are looking for 2 people. Date available is June 14 but can be negotiable if you need to move in early. Lease ends in late August. I will pay for the entire month of june so you will only have to pay $550/month for july and august.
