We have a 35' King of the Road 5th wheel trailer model F35CL-SR for sale. It has a full kitchen with lots of cupboards, Magic Chef stove and oven, Sunbeam microwave, Ventline stove venting hood, newer dometic 3-way refrigerator in perfect condition, Living room with a 86" X 35" pop-out. FULL bath. front bedroom with lots of closet space. B-A-L telescopic stabilizers, twin doors with screen doors, outside storage areas below in the front and on both sides, Galaxy RV antenna system, outside electrical recepticles, outdoor lights. Air conditioner, 10 gallon hot water heater, Holding tanks, front bedroom. It has twin rubber Torsion Torflex axles with brakes and decent tires.
It would make an ideal rental ( we had it rented for $500 per month} or guest house or do like we did and live in this unit while your house is being built. It needs a couple of things fixed if you want to take it out on the road, but if you are handy or you want to save a lot of money this may be the rig for you. Call for complete info.
