The room used to be the den, so it is GIGANTIC! I have a bed, dresser, kitchen table, book shelf, coffee table, 3 chairs and a couch and it all fits (plus extra stuff and extra room)
The down side is there is no door (but heavy curtains work well) and there is no real closet, but there is a huge wall-mounted bar to hang your clothes with a shelf on top.

The house has 4 rooms total, you'll have 3 roommates.
It's located off Highland Drive halfway between campus and Bishop peak. Perfect distance for bike riding to CP, Albertsons, the Shack, downtown, etc.
There's a huge kitchen (dishwasher!), living room, garage (storage + washer/dryer), back patio and large backyard.
Bills are split evenly, coming to about 40 a month for Internet, Electricity, Trash, and Cable/HBO. You don't pay for water. There's also a bi-monthly gardener included.

This is honestly the best place I've lived in SLO (if you need comparisons, just ask)
