I'm currently living in a house on Oceanaire with a group of guys. All of them are either moving out or graduating this summer.
The house has three bedrooms, two "singles" and one master. The singles will be used by myself and a friend of mine, but I'm finding it hard to find someone, or someones, to fill the master room.
The rent is $900-$1,000, depending on the new lease agreement.
The current lease is expiring at the end of June and a new lease has to be signed in July. A deposit will be needed, and I think it comes out to a month's rent in advance. Also you'll need to pass a background check and etc. You will be able to move in at the beginning of July and you can start moving in any stuff you may have toward the end of June.

The house is actually on Laguna lake and the master room has a sliding glass door that opens on the lake side.

I am studying abroad fall quarter and I need someone to take over my lease! The rent starts mid-July, but if you are only wanting to pay fall quarter I am willing to negociate. It is a two-bedroom apartment with a HUGE living area and in a great location. The landlord requires that you have a co-signer agreement if you cannot prove your credit for yourself.
