hello, we've got a room available starting in july. if you need to move in sooner, we could probably work something out, though.
here's a bit about the condo
- three rooms and three bathrooms, so you basically get your own bathroom
- attached two car garage, one assigned parking space, lots of street parking
- living room and dining area are already furnished with nice gear
- there are two decks, one with a view, the other is attached to the available room. terrace hill is just behind us if you wanted to go for a short hike with a more rewarding view
- 20 min walk to downtown and less than two miles to poly. when we went to poly, we'd bike, drive, or take the bus. you've got all the options. :)
- rent is $700 + utilities at actual cost with the option of just paying $750 fixed so you don't have to hassle with shifting utility prices. (cable tv, internet, gas, electric, water, trash).
about us, we're two young working professionals in our mid to late twenties, both poly grads, both not binge drinkers or smokers. enjoy the occasional gathering of friends over for a bbq or wine party, but we keep things classy.
