Room for rent, horse property, with LARGE shop (SLO county)
We have a room for rent in our three bedroom house. It is located in South Atascadero, only 15 min from Poly. We are right off El Camino and have a bus stop by the property, perfect for a student. The room is an average size and has a closet with two sliding doors. You would share a bathroom with one other person who is clean and respectful. Pet can be considered and that included a horse also. We have plenty of storage and parking on the three acres. If you have extra stuff the two story shop can handle almost anything.
