in an awesome 4 bedroom 3 bath home. Roommates are male college students in their early twenties and prefer additional male roommates. Amenities include: driveway and plenty of street parking, fireplace, backyard with patio, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 10 min drive to either Cuesta or Poly and very close to bus stops. Shopping is very close and the neighborhood is quite and the neighbors are great. Prefer serious students that are clean, non-smokers, and without pets (sorry!).
