One room for rent in the Villa Rosa Condos on Broad Street. Rent is $700 + utilities. There is also a second room for rent if interested in living with a friend. The condo has a 2 car garage, washer and dryer, internet and cable already hooked up, and a front patio. This is a very nice place to live. Our neighbors are quiet and respectful. There will be one other person (female) living here as well over summer. Available June 15th. The lease ends August 31st, but you can re-new it after that if you wish.
