4 fun girls looking for a 5th roommate to sign a year lease from July 08 to June 09. The room used to be a garage but was converted into a bedroom with its own bathroom and shower. The room is approx. 14x16 feet with carpeting and a closet. The rent is $600/month plus the cost of utilities split 5 ways (internet, water, trash, electricity, gas). There is a $500 deposit needed by July 1st. The house has a washer/dryer/dishwasher and is less than 2 miles from the Cal Poly campus.
Now to the good stuff. We are four 2nd years at Cal Poly/Cuesta. We are all easy going and drama free! We love going out, 420 friendly, but also focused on school. We prefer a female who is the same!
