I'm a young Male professional, part-time military very clean, responsible, courteous, and I respect other's belongings...and I expect the same out of a roommate. I'm very laid back and like to be social. I also like to take care of my things and keep the house in pretty good shape. I would expect someone that won't leave a mess behind, always willing to help cleanup, and someone that can pay rent on-time. I don't mind a month-to-month kind of arrangement, but I'm hoping to find someone that could commit to a 6/9/12month lease. I'm flexible and could work out a situation that is convenient. I have one 2nd floor bedroom available with ceiling fan and a loft for some extra furniture. The Bathroom upstairs is shared.
