Single room available in nice house for $348 a month plus utilites. Looking for someone to move in during early July, must come by in early june or late may to meet the roomies. The house is located acroos the street from Trader Joes and Food 4 Less the exit on the free way is Los Osos Valley Road. There will be three other roomates. (all male cool guys) You will habe plenty of room to park, its a 5minute drive on the free way to school. no pets ITS house NOT an apartment.
