We have a 5 Br house and 1 of the bedrooms are open for a tenant, or if you are willing to share, 2 people. Each bedroom is really big, probably about 16x20. This house is at Lima Drive, neighbors are all students and some families. Its a really nice quiet neighborhood, but also full of life.
THe house is 3 min walk to the bus stop. We also have a garage for cars. Right across laguna village and madonna plaza where most of the students work.
