Seeking friendly housemate, professional, NS, to share single fam. home.. Private entrance, one bedroom w/ own bath, mini-kitchen with refrig,livingroom area all on first floor. Bright & clean w/ quiet yard, trees, off-street parking. Water, trash & TV included; High speed internet access available. I can provide some minimal furnishings (sofa, double bed)if needed.
