The house has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, crown moldings, new cabinets and hardware, hard wood floors, etc. The front and back yards are still a work in progress, but will be completed in the next few months.
I am only renting out one of the four bedrooms (the 11'x13' size), so there will only be 2 people in this large house. Rent is $625/month plus ½ utlities (cable tv, cable internet, and laundry available).
