Hi! 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Oceano just off the Pike. (Literally a step over from the AG / Grover Beach city border) We are in a very nice neighborhood!!! We have one avaliable room starting NOW, that contains a big window, a built in desk that is great for computers, homework, or projects. There is also a medium portable closet set up in the room. Our home has a new washer, dryer, stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, a big back yard, and a nice size kitchen and living area. We are asking $675/month, ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! YAY!!! Our house is literally 4 minutes away from the Oceano onramp, 5 minutes away from Grand Ave. and about 7 minutes away from Pismo.
