Kitty needs a home ASAP!!! Please help (San Luis Obispo)

I have a kitty that needs a home ASAP. She is about 5 or 6 years old and a bit obese. She is sweet for the most part but she does have some behavioral problems. She's not the type of cat that should be in a home with children or elderly, she isn't easy to pick up. She would do best as an only pet. I can no longer care for her due to my health. Please help me out so she won't have to be put to sleep.
