Warmblood Mare looking for good home (Atascadero)

I have a wonderful Oldenburg/thoroughbred mare, She is 8 years old and loves people. Not afraid of dogs and very controled even when spooked. Due to economic situations I am looking for a good home, with an intermediate to expert rider. She is amazing to handle, but isn't getting enough attention. She is easy to catch even when you aven't seen her for awhile...She is big, but I haven't measured her, bigger than 16 hands.
Additonal, we just found out our mare has an arthritic condition due to a previous injury and would need light to moderate excercise. No jumping.
She hurt herself the other day and we took her to the vet, we had x-rays and know it's not hereditary. She's totally sound just a day later. So I just wanted to update any potential buyers, also this gives wiggle room for her rehoming fee.
The most important part of this is to find her a good home where she'll be worked with most days. She loves human affection. So I am open to finding her the best home and negotiating her rehoming fee.
