STUDIO-LESSON SPACE NEEDED IN MORRO OR SLO (MORRO BAY- SLO)

My name is Casey. I teach private guitar and drum lessons and am looking for a studio either in SLO or MORRO BAY to teach from. Would also like a place to rehearse for solo acoustic and drum gigs.
My finances are small but I am professional, courteous, and dependable.
Would prefer an existing practice space that has a few free nights, or even a studio space.
