arranger/producer needed by songwriter (San Luis Obispo county)

I am a composer but not a well honed musician or arranger. One of my aspirations is to put together a CD of eight to ten of my copyrighted romantic instrumentals which I hope to aim at film industry people and possibly sell at shops such as wine tasting places. What I'm after is piano or guitar as the main instrument with bass and low key drums and strings or flute embellishments or possibly a little counterpoint here and there. Unfortunately I can't pay sky high for this as I am also having to fund completing another project so would need a very reasonable ceiling established in advance. If you play piano or guitar well, have a home studio, can work from rough piano recordings and music notation sheets, and want to help for not a whole lot, I'd love to hear from you.
