LOST red cell phone (SLO)

I lost my cell phone on April 26, in the morning at Mill Street (Somewhere btw California Blvd and Downtown Transit Center.
It is a red cell-phone, flips open, and is T-mobile.
It is really cheap (less than $40 I think), no camera, no place for even a key chain. It is also pretty scratch up - but it is really important for me. All my important contact phone number is in it. Please, if anyone find it or remember seeing it, contact me. Thank you very much.
