I work as a business consultant here in SLO and have one professional roommate. I have lived in SLO for about 7 years now but sold my home in the at the end of last year. My roommate and I rented a great place in Edna Valley but are now looking for a new home as our current landlord is planning on taking over the house we rent for their own use this summer.

My roommate and I graduated from Cal Poly a number of years ago and consider ourselves very lucky to be able to stay in San Luis. My roommate is a manufacturing engineer.

We are very respectful to each other and our neighbors. We enjoy meeting other entrepreneurs, talking business, and reading to keep current on our industries.

We keep a clean home and treat it as if it is our own. We usually hire a housekeeper monthly to do the deep scrubbing. Since we work a lot we decided it was the best way to come home to a relaxing environment. Neither of us smoke or use drugs.
I managed property for others here in SLO for about 6 years thus I am a respectful and maintenance conscious tenant.
