Hello, my name is Kin, studying in architecture at cuesta waiting to transfer into cal poly. I need an affordable studio for the coming year. I cannot afford more than $600/mo. because of limited budget and I'd be able to start a lease in August and I could responsibly commit to a full year or month to month lease. I'm a responsible, tidy, and a quiet guy.
I don't have any roommate experience, but male is preferred.
Also, on most weekends, I would head north to visit my parents and some other activities, so I won't be in town.
