I am looking for a private cottage or stand-alone apartment in a quiet or rural area of San Luis Obispo (within 5-10 miles of Cal Poly). I am a responsible graduate student needing a quiet place to study with little noise from traffic, trains, or neighbors. Must have full kitchen and bath, and be clean (no mold or pest problems). Washer/dryer preferred. Allowing one cat would also be great, but not a must. I don’t smoke, drink, or have parties. Can begin renting in June for up to 1 1/2 years.
