Looking for a home in downtown Templeton area (west). Studio, one bedroom or possible share household with right beings. I am 51 and female; extremely quiet and respectful. Spiritual, non-religious, non-dogmatic, scent sensitive (perfume, incense, and chemicals-yikes!) In share situation, would be wonderful if you were visibly, actually on the path also. If non-share, I pay my rent (no exceptions) am clean, no smoke, no alcohol, no party. Washer/dryer would be heaven. Depending on situation: $350-$700.
