$700 Couple looking for apartment/studio (Atascadero, Templeton, Santa Margarita)
We are going to be married in September 2008 and we need a small house/apartment/studio (1Bedroom/1Bath) to live in by then.
We both are going to CalPoly and we both have full-time jobs. My Fiancé is in his 2nd yr, going for a BS in Accounting to become a CPA. I am also in my 2nd yr going for my BS in Human Resources. We have about 4 more years to go.
We have a St. Bernard dog who is very quiet, very friendly, and very clean. A fenced backyard would be preferred. He sleeps throughout most of the day.
Ideal rent would be $700, but we are willing to consider up to $900. We are very responsible. We do not drink, smoke, or party. We would like to stay in Atascadero because of our families, but we are willing to consider Paso Robles and Templeton. We are looking for a small place to call home as we start our new life together.
