My fiancee and I (he's graduating college in December) and I've got a very steady, full time job and our 9 year old is a very quiet and sweet child; we are looking for a new place to live.
My daughter and I have been living at an apartment complex in Paso Robles and the management is not willing or flexible on adding my fiancee to the lease/apartment because he has not had a job for the last 6 months (apparently college doesn't count). He is a responsible person, who will no doubt have a job within a month of his graduation.
I have been paying $995.00 rent per month on my own with no problem. I have never been late on rent and I have wonderful credibility references.
My ex-husband has ruined my credit, so my credit isn't the best but I've been working on it to make up for it.
We are a quiet, non-smoking, artistic family looking to move in to a new place near mid-late December, EARLY January at the very latest.
If the credit is an issue, I have more than one person offering to co-sign with me in order to have our new family under the same roof.
We are looking for under $1000, at least a 2 bedroom, in a good area of Paso Robles.
