Kitchen includes full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and sink. 1 bathroom with bath/shower. This studio has a nicer kitchen than most 4 bedroom homes that I have seen as it is all newer appliances. 
<br><br>-Very comfortable to live in and you can possibly renew it for next school year. I will also include my parking pass (which I had to buy), which is very convenient to have. There is a pool, and a basketball court as well located in mustang village. I can also hook you up with some stuff that I had to purchase separately such as toaster, vacuum, and some cooking supplies which will save you A LOT of money. You must be a student at Cal Poly or Cuesta, and there will be a $30 application fee, and a $75 fee to transfer the lease to you, to be paid to the Mustang Village Office. There is also a $400 deposit required that will be returned at the end of August as long as everything is ok.

You will have your own room in a 4 bedroom house with 3 other guys and will share a bathroom with one of them. It is about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the Cal Poly campus, or there is bus stop right around the corner. The house is partially furnished and the room would be unfurnished, however, if it is absolutely necessary that it be furnished, we can negotiate for a small additional charge. Utilities are not included in the rent but they usually do not amount to much. The house has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all other basic appliances. My lease is $650 a month, but due to the circumstances, I would be willing to negotiate a reasonable lower monthly payment so I don't have to pay the full rent while I am gone. 1.  large room - $585/mo - furnished with desk, full bed, futon, closet, everything you will need- available June 20 through the beginning of September (both dates are flexible depending on your needs).  - see pics.<br>

2.  loft room - $570/mo - furnished with bed, desk, walk in closet.  Available June 20 through September 19. (again, flexible)<br>

As far as the house goes, its amazing.  We have a great kitchen, stainless steel appliances (new fridge on the way) new washer and dryer in the unit, 2-car carport with a parking pass for the lot (so yes, your cars can be accommodated considering only one of my roommates has a car).  Very high ceilings, plenty of sunshine. <br>
<br>
A pair of girls would be ideal for the place, however definitely willing to accept individuals.  Looking for girls that are fun and responsible - and easy to get along with.  My roommates are amazing so it only seems fair we find someone who is equally enjoyable.<br>
