Still very functional and comfortable...but damaged. This chair can take a beating! It flew out of the back of my truck as I was driving and bounced down the road. I thought it was completely destroyed. But I picked up the pieces (only the base and one caster wheel fell off) and it was in surprisingly good shape. I replaced the caster and I've used it for 3 years with no problems. It still raises, lowers, reclines and rolls just fine. The arm rests are also adjustable. If you don't mind the cosmetic tears in the leather and arm rest, this chair will serve you well for years. It was $300 brand new.
