This Rack is completely assembled and ready to mount, I can show you how to put it on, or install it for you free of charge.

I used it only twice, once from SLO to S.F. and back. It worked beautifully, absolutely no whistling and only slight wind noise at highway speed.

The rack is so easy to install and remove that it was only on when I used it.

I am graduating and moving across the country and sold my bikes already, I have no need for this rack anymore.

It was purchased August 26th 2007 for $610
