The Business Office Manager is responsible for all administrative functions related to accounts receivable, human resources/payroll and accounts payable. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Monthly Billing – Medicare, HMO, Medicare co-insurance and private
• Daily Collections and follow up
• New Hire and Termination processing
• Bi-monthly Payroll processing
• Daily Invoice processing
• Monthly Invoice reconciliation
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma and/or an AA in Business Related field
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
• 3 years experience in accounting/HR preferred
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with little supervision
• Take initiative to learn or research an answer when supervisor unavailable
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
• Be able to analyze and understand data from different sources
• Microsoft Office savvy
• Navigate accounting software
• Ability to handle difficult situations and personalities while maintaining a personable and professional demeanor

Preferred experience in the Distribution Services - Petroleum / Refined Fuels, Propane Gas, , Utility Gas, or Industrial Gas industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales INDUSTRIAL background, preferably in: Propane Gas, Petroleum / Refined Fuels, Utility Gas, or Industrial Gas industry.
This is a multi-faceted position that will require a solid background in Gas Operations, Safety Compliance, Sales, DOT Compliance, & Route Distribution.
The Manager role will include full P&L responsibility for a multi-district territory.
The Manager is responsible for assisting all employees in meeting the requirements of their individual positions, and for ensuring that all facilities and employees meet or exceed the required safety standards.
This successful candidate will require a solid background in Safety, DOT Compliance, Sales, Routing/Distribution, Employee Relations, Customer Service and P&L Management.
