This boat gets awesome gas mileage! It has a 4 cylinder Volvo Penta that is strong enough to pull me (190 lbs.) on a slalom ski. Yet it runs forever on a tank of gas.
It has a new interior, new battery, and a new prop and three spares.
It has an unused convertible top. It also has a Fly High Monkey Bar installed. This is a removable bar for wakeboarding and can also be setup as a ski rack / speaker rack. You can see a picture here:

Good to row/paddle or to hang a trolling motor on.
10 feet by 4 feet. Being double hulled, it has some weight and would be very difficult for one person to lift up and place on the top of a car.
Similar to a Walker Bay.
-Junky trailer. Still rolls, at least down the driveway.
-NO paperwork included or provided for boat or trailer.
-NO mast.
-Yes, both sails, boom, center board and rudder are included.
--The boom, centerboard and rudder are wood and need to be repaired/rebuilt/replaced...or...

Mine has a 340 horse Monsoon engine, the trailer has dual axles with 4 disc brakes and includes a spare. I've added Titan's wakeboard racks with liftoffs and a bimini since the attached picture was taken. Below is an article from that says everything better than I could.

They have excellent compression and no issues. They idle properly and rev to plenty of speed taking the boat well above 30MPH in calm seas. I just had "Captain Jeff" fix an issue with the fiberglass where the bow meets the trailer. His work now is excellence. Engines are rebuilt by the way. There is no damage. Fuel is 90 gallons and at 13 gallons per hour at 2800rpm she is planing and able to travel to avalon/twinharbors/and back to Marina Del Rey with ease. HydraFlex hydraulic steering and custom U.S. Coast Guard heavy iron Gil Brackets and a Deep V hull make this boat well balanced in all three (pitch,yaw,roll). Sea Ox hulls are extremely safe and stable in heavy seas making this the top of the line diving and fishing boat. Twin engines compliment the safety on the pacific. 

The hull is in excellent and non-gelcoated original condition.
