Wanted: Mooring and/or Sailboat in Port San Luis (San Luis Obispo)

I'm hoping to buy a 26' sailboat and keep it in Port San Luis and would ideally buy someone else's mooring rather than buy a new one.

However, if anyone has well-kept sailboat in the Port AND a mooring, I also might be interested. I have a total budget of up to $5,000.)
