Wanted – Mooring in San Luis Bay (Avila Beach, CA)
I would like to purchase (transfer) a 35 foot (or larger) existing sailboat mooring in San Luis Bay (Avila Beach, CA). The Port Authority will set a new mooring for me for $ 2,500 or I can buy/transfer an existing mooring for $ 500. The Port Authority will buy back unused moorings for $ 500. My thought was to find a third party with an unused mooring and split the difference.
