Inflatable Achilles 14 ft. Haplon, with 1996 40 horse Nissan motor.
Fully loaded and ready to cruise, great for diving, fishing, or surfing. No cracks in the haplon, no patches, no problems. Always stored inside. Eight large exterior “D” rings for attaching gear as well as many “D” rings added inside the boat for securing gear during travel. Floor has been recently refinished for traction. Extra handles have also been added for safety and comfort. There is a dive tank rack firmly secured that holds six tanks nicely, as well as two fishing pole holders. Dive wheels that make this boat very easy to launch at many public beaches. This boat can comfortably dive four scuba divers, but have had up to seven. This boat has made trips to Ana Capa and Catalina islands.
The motor is in great condition. Motor was a kicker off a fishing boat. It has very few hours and is always well maintained, practically new condition.
Accessories include a dry box loaded with up to date flares, air horn and fire extinguisher. Dry bag includes three life vests with dive flag, extra rope, extra haplon and other accessories. Also includes an anchor and two collapsible oars.
Great trailer made to haul this boat. Trailer has new Led trailer lights that look and work great.
I have had a lot of fun days on this boat and know the new owner will have the same. It has been a great boat for me and hope to buy one just like it some day. Boat and trailer are both registered. Unfortunately, Graduate school gets in the way of my diving time as well as incurs costs. I am asking $4000 dollars for this boat but will consider other reasonable offers. PVC boats do not hold up like the old haplon boats, especially when well taken care of. If you want to take a look please call my cell phone.
