NEED DOG & BEACH LOVER: Help Training Service Dog (Cayucos: Beach Area)

There is a brain injured woman that is struggling to train a new service dog and needs help at the beach (she falls frequently and is safer at the beach) on RECALLING her dog. She can not run after the dog yet he needs to learn this very important command with many distractons. Any training help would be greatly appreciated. Contact:
